What We Offer:

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package

Your Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and create customized care plans.

Diagnose and manage various health conditions, ensuring comprehensive care.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient services.

Educate and empower patients and families on health maintenance.

Maintain organized and precise patient records using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
