What We Offer:

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package

Your Role:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, fostering holistic health.

Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and their families about effective health management strategies.

Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
