Position Details:

Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Compensation: Up to $175,000 per year, with an attractive benefits package

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.

Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Provide education on disease prevention and health maintenance to patients and families.

Accurately document patient interactions using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
