Position Overview:

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 per year, along with a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Manage acute and chronic health conditions with a patient-centered approach.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management.

Keep detailed and organized records using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
