Position Details:

Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Compensation: Up to $175,000 per year, with an attractive benefits package

Key Duties:

Conduct in-depth patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.

Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide seamless care.

Educate patients and their families about disease prevention and health maintenance.

Utilize the Athena EHR system to maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
