Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

What You’ll Do:

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient well-being.

Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Educate patients and their families on health management, empowering them to achieve better outcomes.

Utilize Athena EHR to maintain accurate patient records and streamline communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
