Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join their team as a Team Administrator.

Their Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) is committed to providing high-quality care and support to children and families. As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to fulfil their statutory and legislative duties.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations, organising and coordinating effective multi-agency meetings, arranging appointments and visits for the social workers, team managers, and family support workers, and acting as the first point of contact for the team.

You will have experience of processing invoices and handling payments and be able to prioritise workload effectively.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, be a strong communicator and ideally have experience in minute-taking and event coordination.

Knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy and guidance relating to Children and Young People's service work would be advantageous.
