The Opportunity

As an Administration Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a busy operational team, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and customer service are consistently delivered.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, improving processes and supporting the achievement of key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and inspire a team through effective coaching, mentoring and regular 1-2-1s.
Manage team performance, productivity and workload distribution.
Conduct performance reviews and support individual development plans.
Monitor quality standards, customer interactions and data accuracy.
Analyse operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Support the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.About You

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Administration Team Leader, Operations Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
Proven experience managing performance, conducting 1-2-1s and coaching colleagues to achieve their potential.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
