* Support the Administration Manager and oversee the department in their absence.
* Allocate workloads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
* Monitor team performance using KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and relevant regulations.
* Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders to resolve queries effectively.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused working culture.

You'll already have experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, along with:
