Client Service Team Leader
£35,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid
Corsham (preferred) / Shaftesbury / Poole / Sherborne
A well-established Financial Planning practice is looking to appoint a Client Service Team Leader to oversee its client services and adviser support function across multiple offices.
Leading a team of 8-12, you'll ensure advisers have the support they need to deliver an outstanding client experience, overseeing everything from new business and ongoing servicing through to meeting preparation and day-to-day operational delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage workloads, maintain service standards, coach your team, and drive continuous improvement across the department. You'll also work closely with advisers, paraplanners, compliance and senior management to ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with FCA requirements.
While experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be advantageous, we're equally interested in strong people leaders from other regulated or service-led environments. If you've successfully managed a busy support or operations team, enjoy improving processes and take pride in delivering high-quality client service, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
Lead and develop a team of 8-12 Client Services Administrators and PAs
Oversee adviser support, new business and ongoing client servicing
Manage workloads, priorities and service levels across multiple offices
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Produce management information and support performance development through regular 1-2-1s

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working
Multi-site role with Corsham as the preferred base
Full-time position with some flexibility considered
A full UK driving licence is required
