SEN Teacher – September Start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced special educational needs (SEN) school in Wembley, Brent this September.
The Role You will be leading a small, supportive classroom of 6 pupils, delivering tailored and engaging lessons to meet a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to students with SEN
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Work closely with teaching assistants and wider support staff
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to support individual needs
Engage with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary teamsRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Proven experience teaching within an SEN setting
Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and EHCPs
Patient, empathetic, and committed approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer
Inner London Main Pay Scale (MPS/UPS)
£4,000 SEN Allowance
