Do you want to work in a setting where your support genuinely helps young people build confidence, independence, and communication skills? We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive team working with students who are developing stronger engagement with learning and the world around them.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a SEN Teacher who enjoys a mix of structured teaching and creative approaches, and who takes pride in helping students take meaningful next steps in their development. As a SEN Teacher, you’ll play a key role in guiding learners as they become more aware, more independent, and more confident in their abilities.

* Engage well with others and take interest in activities

* Start to understand cause and effect (actions = outcomes)

* Build independence, confidence, and resilience

* Be able to access more structured learning opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing – SEN Teacher

In this SEN Teacher role, you will:

* Deliver structured, engaging lessons that meet individual needs

* Support communication, confidence, and early learning skills

* Encourage participation in group work and shared activities

* Help students understand routines, boundaries, and expectations

* Create a positive and well-organised classroom environment

* Work closely with support staff and other professionals

* Celebrate progress and support the next steps as a SEN Teacher

What We’re Looking For – SEN Teacher

We’re looking for a confident and positive SEN Teacher who:

* Has experience working with SEN and students ready for more structured learning

* Can balance structure with creativity as a SEN Teacher

* Feels comfortable leading a class and managing behaviour positively

* Is patient, encouraging, and adaptable

* Is passionate about helping young people become more independent

If you’re a motivated SEN Teacher ready to support young people as they grow in confidence and independence, we’d love to hear from you
