Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits
Your Role:
Provide therapy services that help clients navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful solutions.
Conduct assessments to determine the best course of action for each client, focusing on strengths and needs.
Create unique treatment plans for every client, adjusting as necessary to meet their goals.
Help clients reframe addiction and mental health issues, emphasizing that they are conditions that can be managed with the right support.
Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes meticulously and efficiently.
Share your expertise with management to enhance organizational health and support a thriving work environment.
Requirements
· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
· Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
· Must have experience working with older adults
· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
