Role Overview:
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide thoughtful, individualized therapy to adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate personal and relationship challenges.
Develop treatment plans that respect each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
Conduct regular therapy sessions in a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their emotions freely.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
Maintain accurate records to support treatment outcomes and ensure seamless insurance processes.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Active LMFT license in the state.
Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
