What You’ll Do:
Provide meaningful therapeutic support for adults and children, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and reach their personal goals.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that respect each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
Conduct regular therapy sessions, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded, comprehensive care.
Maintain clear and timely records to support client progress and facilitate smooth insurance processes.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Active LMFT license in the state.
Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
