Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
What You’ll Do:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Conduct thorough evaluations to get a clear picture of each client’s needs, and create tailored treatment plans to guide their progress.
Show clients that addiction and mental health issues are manageable conditions, not failures, by using evidence-based treatment approaches.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and outcomes—because tracking progress is as important as making it.
Work closely with management and colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to ensure the best possible care.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current licensure as LMFT in the California.
Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
