Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Beckley, WV
Shift Type: Evenings
Shift Times:
Full-Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Part-Time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Hours/Day: 8-hour shifts
Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends
On-Call Requirements: Yes, discussed at the interview
Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $30.00 with shift differential after 3 PM
Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist provides on-site diagnostic services, including portable X-ray and EKG services, to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations. The technologist is responsible for performing imaging procedures, ensuring diagnostic-quality images, and maintaining professional interactions with patients, staff, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
Transmit X-ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
Perform EKGs as required and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
Maintain accurate records and scan billing documents on a daily basis.
Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to various facilities, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
Communicate regularly with dispatch, peers, and management.
Maintain the vehicle and all X-ray equipment in excellent working condition.

ARRT certification required
State License in West Virginia required (limited license not accepted)
