Overview:

The PIM (Product Information Management) Coordinator will be responsible for delivering/syndicating content from our PIM system including technical data, marketing copy, features & benefits, specifications, images, videos and other digital media to our brand partners such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. Our well known home improvement brands include American Standard, GROHE & DXV. This individual will ensure timely creation, maintenance and syndication of product content.

Responsibilities:

Maintain product hierarchy and content taxonomy for thousands of ecommerce SKUs

Deliver/syndicate content to customer and business partners according to company priorities and customer needs

Integrate and create “best practice” processes and definitions to make optimum content available for our partners and customers to drive sales

Organize product content to reflect channel and customer needs ensuring the right type of content is accurately presented at the right channel in the right place at the right time

Collaborate with multiple functions and sales channels to define in a proactive way how to match product content and attributes according to partners' prioritization and syndication needs

Responsible for designing/defining content mapping from internal attributes to partner specific requirements using transformations, outputs, and business rules within the PIM system

Work with product managers/marketers, engineers, developers, and our marketing content team to solve specific content syndication challenges that require external support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

1-3+ years of product information experience with an emphasis on digital

Microsoft Excel is required and essential

Experience in retail ecommerce/product information management systems preferred

Business knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts

Ability to evaluate a problem and structure it into smaller pieces

Creativity to find and propose solutions to problems as they arise

Hiring Range:

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $ 41,000.00-$68,000.00 annually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
