Position Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our National Marketing department. Be our go-to for building digital ads via Meta and Campaign Manager. Assist with asset management and optimization tasks in Google and Microsoft Ad platforms. Perform meticulous quality assurance audits on Ad Campaigns and Local Citations. Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed on performance trends and goal pacing. This role works as part of a multidisciplinary team and takes on implementation tasks that support digital marketing performance goals.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be helping homebuyers realize the American Dream of home ownership through your day-to-day website content management support for the National Marketing department. We need a detail-oriented task master that can ensure a wide-variety of content changes are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. You must be able to handle numerous incoming project requests and prioritize your responsibilities based on project deadlines and business needs.
Requirements
Problem solver
Skilled in managing detailed, price, and time sensitive web site content using a web-based content management system.
Strong computer skills, including the proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of HTML, experience working in CMS
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
Friendly, customer service-based demeanor and strong follow-up communication skills
Ability to learn new software platforms and established marketing processes quickly.
Positive can-do attitude and ability to thrive within a team environment.
Highly preferred, but not required:
Knowledge of real estate or homebuilder marketing.
Experience with Wrike or another project management system.
Experience creating campaigns in a variety of ad platforms
Candidate with an Agency background or with B2C business model
Minimum Requirements:
Education: 2- to 4-year college degree in Marketing, or related discipline (or comparable work experience).
1- to 2- years professional experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
