Job Description:

At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team out of our office located in Blue Bell, PA.

What You’ll Do

Use effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality talent in EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management & Validation).

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job adverts, and create recruitment plans.

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates including social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means.

Screen candidates to determine fit and provide vetted qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Provide guidance to managers throughout the hiring process from initial outreach to offer negotiation.

Update, track, and maintain accurate records on all candidates within the ATS.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

7+ years of full life cycle corporate recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates.

Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools such as LI Recruiter, and social networking.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot quickly in response to evolving hiring needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting within the EPCM/AEC industry.

Experience using iCIMS ATS is a plus.

Prior experience working in a staffing agency.
