Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies for assigned licensed positions
Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure effective recruitment strategies
Focus on continually enhancing and improving the recruitment practices and outcomes.
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of outpatient physical therapy centers.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Three (3) or more years of recruitment experience
Expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition processes
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Experience sourcing and creating pipeline of qualified candidates
Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels and sources
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with therapy and/or healthcare recruitment
