Overview:
Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join our Texas South region!
Responsibilities:
This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of relevant (AEC or Professional Services) experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
Ability to travel, as needed.
Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
