This is a fully remote role.

Overview:

This is a high-volume recruiting role.  The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.  This role will primarily focus on operations roles - Service Technicians/Drivers.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process - posting positions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer process - to ensure a positive experience for all.

Actively maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire best in class talent.

Recruit active and passive candidates for current positions while building talent pipelines for future career opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations on recruiting strategies and best practices that contribute to a world-class hiring experience for talent stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Min/Preferred Education Level Description: 4 Years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. 

Must have experience with high-volume experience.

Highly organized and able to manage details.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Familiar with current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.

25%-30% travel required to attend hiring events, job fairs, networking events and other recruitment activities.

Physical Requirements:

Sit while answering phones or reply to emails

Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls

Repeat the same movements when entering data

See details of objects that are less than a few feet away

Speak clearly so listeners can understand

Understand the speech of another person

Focus on one source of sound and ignore others

Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them

See differences between colors, shades and brightness

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 / year
