Gwynedd Manufacturing, a growing defense contractor located in North Wales, PA, is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. As an innovative company offering a wide array of products, we strive to continuously develop new technology and drive process improvement.

 We are looking for a Bilingual HR Repersentative to support our Human Resources team. You will act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from internal and external partners. Your primary duties include community outreach, maintaining personnel records, completing administrative duties for the HR team, and conducting new employee orientation. Our ideal candidate can develop new ways to engage our community and attract talent to the organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Visit various community centers to create awareness of our organization.

·         Actively seek out and participate in community events.

·         Review and prepare HR documents.

·         Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.

·         Prepare documents in multiple languages.

·         Answer employee’s questions about HR-related topics.

·         Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

·         Assist with training new hires and existing employees that require translation.

·         Support the HR department with administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or HR Intern.

·         Intermediate to advanced literacy in MS Office excel & Outlook.

·         Understanding of HR best practices and competencies.

·         Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

·         1 to 3 years of hands on Human Resources experience.

·         Fluent in at least two languages.

·         Available to adjust schedule to work nights & weekends.

Preferred

·         Experience operating in Paycom.

·         Payroll processing experience.

·         Understanding of HR Related compliance (e.g. FMLA, ADA, Worker Comp, etc.)

·         Experience in a manufacturing environment.
