We are looking for a passionate and committed Dual Registered Manager to join our client's growing team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Romford, overseeing two residential children's homes, which are within walking distance of each other and provide care for a total of six children.

Key Qualifications:
·Proven experience and qualifications as a Registered Manager.
·In-depth knowledge of residential care operations.
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Team-oriented with the ability to foster positive relationships.
·Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
·Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
·Prior experience as an Ofsted-Registered Manager.
