The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two of our Southall-based homes:
- One home caters to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- The other supports children with Learning Disabilities (LD) and EBD.
As a Dual Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance, while leading and inspiring your teams to deliver positive outcomes for the children in our client's care.

Our client, a family-run organisation with three established children’s homes, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young people. With plans to expand, this organisation offers a clear path for career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of both homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Provide strong leadership and support to your teams, promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Work closely with families, local authorities, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Drive continuous improvement within the homes, with a focus on best practices and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience within the last 5 years, ideally as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
