Dual Registered Manager
Bedford
£35k - £40k (£45k OTE)

I am recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager for a leading provider to oversee two services in Bedford. The company I am recruiting on behalf of are passionate about empowering their service users with learning disabilities to live a happy, safe and healthy life.

As a Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the two services and ensure that the highest level of care is being given to each service user.

Key responsibilities as a Dual Registered Manager:

• Oversee the day to day operations of both services
• Lead, support and mentor all members of staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the service users and their families
• Uphold excellence in environmental, safety and quality standards
• Organise and facilitate person centred reviews

Essential skills and requirements for a Dual Registered Manager:

• You must be a Registered Manager with the CQC and ensure adherence to the CQC regulations
• You must have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
• Minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
• Managerial experience
• Excellent communication skills
