Job Title: Registered Manager - Dual Homes
Location: Stoke on Trent
Home Capacity: 7 Solo Children homes
Provision: Children and Young People (7 to 17 years)
Annual Leave: 6 weeks, plus statutory bank holidays
Salary: £45,000 + £5,000 Bonus **

Our client is an established company specialising in providing safe, structured, individualised residential care to young people who have experienced trauma, CSE, CCE, County Lines & DOLS.

The purpose is to provide the best possible standard and quality of care to those young people referred to us by working closely with the young person, placing authorities, parents, and previous carers to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for the young person.

Daily Adventures:

Performance Management
Financial Responsibility
Stakeholder Relations
Compliance and Quality
Regulatory Audits: Conduct monthly and six-monthly Regulation 44 and Regulation 45 audits.
Training and Development
Health & Safety: Develop and implement COSHH, Risk Assessments, and Health & Safety procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Attend training and meetings, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
