We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Colchester. Our school is known for its amazing ethos, where every child is valued, and staff are committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing tailored support to students with SEN to help them reach their full potential.
Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to implement individual education plans.
Encouraging positive behaviour and building confidence in students.
Supporting classroom activities and ensuring students are engaged in their learning.
Assisting with the development of social and communication skills.

Requirements:

Experience working with SEN students, ideally in a school or child support role.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
Valid UK Driving License (preferred).
A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
