Mental Health Therapist – Adolescents
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Associate Licensure (LAC, LAMFT, MSW, CSW)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (depending on location)
Schedule: You choose! Work four 10-hour days onsite or work from home one day a week + four days onsite.

Responsibilities:
As an adolescent counselor with Calo Programs, you’ll get to:
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help bring about systemic change in struggling families.
• Collaborate with our Animal Assisted Therapy team.
• Counsel students in various experiential settings (camping, hiking, rappelling, etc.) with our Adventure Therapy department.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for students.
• Actively participate in family weekends, offering therapeutic support to families, and contributing to the overall healing process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a license in one of the following disciplines: Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Clinical Social Work (CSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapy (LAMFT), Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
