Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year DOE
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (depending on location)
Schedule: You choose! Work four 10-hour days onsite or work from home one day a week with four days onsite.

Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Calo Programs, you’ll get to:
Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help bring about systemic change in struggling families.
Collaborate with our Animal Assisted Therapy team
Counsel students in various experiential settings such as camping, hiking, rappelling, and more with our Adventure Therapy department.
Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for students.
Actively participate in family weekends, offering therapeutic support to families, and contributing to the overall healing process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be fully licensed in the state of Missouri- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
