Overview:

Help Desk Technician  When you are in the business of health care, you're in the business of people. At Marquis Companies we want every customer experience to be distinctly personal. Our mission is to deliver the best customer experience to our employees and partners surrounding the Information Technology services within our organization. We are looking for a candidate who would describe themselves in the following ways:Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.

Strives to provide excellent customer service.

Organized. Capable of managing dissimilar requests with equally high importance.

Relationship focused. Understands that challenges are easier to solve when the parties involved have an established, positive relationship.

Engaging. The ability to work well in a team and inquire on the interests of coworkers and customers. 

Understands how to leverage external resources to solve business challenges and resolve issues expeditiously.

Detail oriented. 

An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Technically adept. Capable of providing front-line support for the users of technology services. 

Qualifications:

Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and other common enterprise software

Understanding of help desk software

Willingness to travel 2-3 days per month.

Willingness to be on-call after hours 1 week per month.
