Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Coordinate and support external audits.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

Experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Manufacture industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Famous, or etc.).

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
