Job Summary: 

We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust accounting background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role includes managing financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and supporting the organizations overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory standards.

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Coordinate and support external audits.

Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA certification preferred.

At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Famous, or etc.).

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
