We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join a small and supportive finance team as a Junior Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the processing of invoices and customer invoicing
Provide customers with copies of invoices as required
Investigate missing invoices and respond to customer queries
Upload customer invoices to the system
Monitor the finance email inbox and handle enquiries efficiently
Update customer payment information on the system
Cash cheques and provide cover for team members Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Grade C in Maths and English GCSEs
Some work experience within a finance or accounting function
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Role:
