About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, helping them achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to students, and contribute to the overall positive learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curricula.

• Proven ability to support and engage students with diverse learning needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality support to students across Key Stages 1 and 2.

• Assisting teachers with planning and implementing effective lesson plans.

• Providing tailored support to students, including those with additional needs.

• Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
