Job Title: Supported Living Manager
Location: Shepshed and Melton Mowbray (Multi-site role - full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential)
Salary: Up to £32000 dependent on experience
We're seeking a dynamic Supported Living Manager to lead established services in Shepshed and Melton Mowbray.
What You'll Do:
Lead with Purpose: As a Supported Living Manager, you'll oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support within our supported housing service.
Champion Independence: Empower individuals to achieve their life potential by ensuring their tenancy rights are protected and they actively participate in decision-making.
Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, conducting health monitoring and promoting well-being.
Team Building: Create a high-performing team that reflects our values, promotes equity, and celebrates diversity.
Total Communication: Foster effective communication skills and maintain or develop individuals' abilities.
Safeguarding: Be vigilant, report concerns promptly, and ensure the safety of those we support.
Person-Centred Planning: Develop and implement plans that support aspirations and skill development.

Requirements:
Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities - deputy manager/team leader/experienced care manager
Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role.
You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), OR, have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment.
