Overview:

In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, and key project management and analytical services to Joint Commission International Senior Leadership Team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate.

Responsibilities:

This includes but not limited to:

Prepares, maintains, and monitors various data reports as requested by senior leaders.

Conducts external and internal research on various topics and prepares summaries of findings including sources and citations.

Manages additional ad-hoc projects and analyses independently as requested by leadership.

Creates, edits, proofs, and distributes presentations/proposals/deliverables to customers, clients, and internal staff.

Assists key stakeholders with communication plans related to programs and campaigns.

Prepares materials and makes necessary arrangements for internal and external meetings for staff and Officers. This may include preparing materials and arrangements for meetings for clients, the Board and/or other advisors. Confirming facility and related arrangements. Inviting attendees and managing the distribution of meeting materials. Coordinating travel arrangements, as necessary. Assisting with on-site arrangements and preparations. Preparing post-meeting materials, processing expense reports, and distributing follow-up materials.

Manages calendars and schedules, travel and expense management, communications and correspondence, scheduling meetings, conferences & travel for senior management as requested.

Ensures that the office area has adequate supplies.

Supports business partners across the organization to help impact change and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business administration, management, or similar)

2 years relevant experience

Proven record of success in operational efficiency and execution.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience providing support to senior level leaders in a professional services organization.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Expertise in MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams and Zoom.

Must be an initiative-taker, work independently and lead initiatives.

Ability to complete tasks in a challenging environment.

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a driven personality required.

Superior Time Management skills - understands prioritization of tasks.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability

Excellent project management skills inclusive of understanding business operations, process decomposition, scoping, planning, analytical, needs requirement, organization, initiative & critical thinking skills

The ability to reason and provide resolutions or alternative solutions.

Must be willing to work as a team player with other the international sales and operations team members, Executive Assistants, and corporate staff.
