Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts.

Assist with audits and tax filings.

Support the finance team with various accounting tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
