Our client, a leading independent used van and commercial vehicle retailer based in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their modern bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to further their career within a reputable organisation. The Paint Sprayer role offers a competitive salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. The working hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:30pm on a rota basis, paid as overtime.

Modern facilities and a friendly working environmentDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are ready to accept paintwork
Mask vehicles accurately prior to applying paint
Carry out minor damage repairs and refinishing work
Polish vehicles to remove defects in paintwork
Mix paints to accurately match vehicle colours
Apply paint products professionally and to a consistent high standard
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all timesRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer
Current or recent relevant work within a bodyshop environment
IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle paint spraying is desirable but not essential if the individual has strong on-the-job experience
Excellent attention to detail and team collaboration skills
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
