We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paint Sprayer position in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a rewarding career within a well-established accident repair group. The Paint Sprayer will contribute to maintaining the company's high standards of vehicle repair quality and customer satisfaction.

Preparing and spray-painting vehicles to manufacturer standards
Operating spray booths with attention to pressure and temperature settings
Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Following strict safety procedures when handling hazardous materials
Ensuring filters and air intakes are kept clean and compliant
Wearing appropriate PPE at all times and disposing of waste safely
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship on all vehicle repairs
Assisting with other bodyshop tasks as requiredRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven bodyshop experience in a similar role
IMI or ATA qualifications (preferred)
Ability to produce high-quality paint finishes
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment
Good communication skills and customer service focus
