Paint Sprayer – Accident Repair Centre
Swindon | Permanent | Competitive Hourly Rate: £19.50 – £22.00 + Bonus + Overtime
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive bodyshop environment where quality is prioritised, standards are high, and long-term stability is genuinely on offer. You will be part of a skilled team working on a wide range of accident repair work, ensuring vehicles are returned to a high standard of finish.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard.
*
Carrying out paintwork on both insurance and private repair jobs.
*
Colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications.
*
Delivering consistent, high-quality finishes.
*
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
*
Working efficiently as part of a professional workshop team.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
*
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment.
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
*
The ability to maintain quality in a busy, fast-paced workshop.
*
A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic.
*
ATA accreditation (beneficial but not essential).
What’s on Offer
*
£19.50 – £22.00 Per Hour depending on experience.
*
Bonus scheme.
*
Overtime available.
*
Stable, well-run business with manufacturer approvals.
