We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE7

This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paint shop team.

To spray Paint large Pannels
Working to a high standard of quality
Supporting the team to meet production targets
Keeping your work area clean and organised What we are looking for

Experience in spraying large-scale metal items. Ideally similar to the large steel containers
Previous Powder Coating experience would be a advantage
Understanding of COSHH and paint data sheets.
Good knowledge of paint specs and mixing ratios - hardeners, thinners, etc
Ability to Quality check before and after spray
Ability to attain a high-quality finish
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork Interested?
