The Paint Sprayer Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying a variety of components to a high-quality finish while maintaining excellent attention to detail and following health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix paints and coatings to the correct specifications.
Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
Carry out touch-ups and rectification work where required.
Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.About You:
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing).
Knowledge of paint preparation and spraying techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
