We're looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Healthcare Assistants to support children and adults with a range of complex clinical needs across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Complex Healthcare Assistant, you'll deliver specialist clinical care to clients within their own homes, supporting them to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
You'll work with both children and adults, delivering safe, high-quality care tailored to each person's clinical and personal needs. Alongside supporting daily routines and personal care, you'll help clients access their local communities, participate in meaningful activities and maintain their independence wherever possible.
Working closely with families and our Clinical Team, you'll provide compassionate care that promotes dignity, comfort and quality of life while following individual care plans and clinical protocols.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs is essential.
You must have experience with:

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Have a minimum of 3 months' paid complex care experience within the UK.
*
Have the right to work in the UK.
*
Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
*
Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
*
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Please note: Due to the nature of our care packages, some clients request either female or male care staff. We currently have opportunities where female Healthcare Assistants are required.
