Female Healthcare Assistants – Complex Care (Harborne)

We are looking for compassionate, proactive Female Support Workers to provide 2:1, 24/7 support for a young adult living with a spinal cord injury in Harborne.

This rewarding role involves supporting all aspects of daily living, complex clinical care, rehabilitation, and community access while promoting independence and helping the client achieve his personal goals. The client enjoys an active lifestyle and is looking for support workers who also enjoy being out and about, whether that's attending hydrotherapy and neuro gym sessions, going on days out, dining out, or spending time in the community.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and confident working independently, with a positive approach to supporting an active and independent lifestyle.

Essential Requirements:

* Female applicants only

* Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)

* Confident driving an automatic mobility vehicle

* Physically active and able to support rehabilitation activities

* Comfortable working around a friendly Husky

* Excellent communication skills with clear communication

Experience in complex care or spinal cord injury is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate
