Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
Experience preparing technical drawings, tender information, and construction documentation.
Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
Working knowledge of Revit, BIM processes, and the Building Safety Act would be beneficial.The Role:
Take responsibility for the technical coordination and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects.
Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate and manage external consultants throughout all project stages.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Provide practical solutions to technical and construction-related challenges.
Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues within the technical team.
Monitor quality and technical compliance across multiple live projects.
