Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £40-46,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established and growing architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. With a growing portfolio of work and an increasing number of contractor and developer-led projects, the practice is looking to strengthen its technical team by appointing an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering technically robust, buildable solutions and enjoys taking ownership of projects from technical design through to completion.

Qualified Architectural Technologist with 10+ years' experience.
Proven experience delivering residential and mixed-use projects.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Experience producing tender and construction packages.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Revit, BIM and Building Safety Act knowledge desirable.
The Role:
Lead the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments.
Produce and coordinate high-quality construction information.
Manage consultant teams throughout project delivery.
Liaise with clients, contractors and external consultants.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Maintain high technical standards across multiple projects.
