Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience managing projects across various sectors
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Strong technical detailing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
