Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs
Salary - up to £30k plus benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Kettering. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with senior management.
This position would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with candidates and agencies, shortlisting, arranging interviews and issuing recruitment documentation.
Prepare and manage HR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Administer employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, contractual changes and employee benefits.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
Manage employee absence records in line with company policy, including Bradford Factor monitoring.
Support training and development activities across the business.
Maintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems.
Manage the time and attendance system.
Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support with organisational change processes, including redundancy and TUPE where required.About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A CIPD qualification.
Previous experience working within a small HR team.
Experience using an integrated HR and payroll system.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, adaptable approach to work.Benefits
